Kathleen has a BA and MPA and is currently a MFT student therapist from Friends University. She comes to Attachment and Trauma Therapy with many years of experience working with high conflict families providing Parenting Coordination services implementing and monitoring safe, workable parenting plans, reducing conflict in families, and decreasing use of the courts to resolve family child-related disputes. Kathleen also has many years of experience as a teacher, working with children and adults with disabilities. In the past, she has also developed support groups for multiracial families as well as those with transracial adoptions. Kathleen has a special interest in this internship position, as it will allow her to provide mental health therapy to families experiencing trauma.
