Gianna is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults feel their best and identify meaning in their lives. Her approach to therapy is to incorporate the mind and body to work together to heal after traumatic events. Gianna hopes to provide a warm, safe atmosphere where individuals can explore their experiences without judgement or fear. She approaches the therapy space as a place for empathy, respect and growth.
Gianna has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in clinical counseling. She has experience helping individuals navigate intense traumatic events, anxiety and depression and is committed to helping individuals and families learn about themselves and the attachments they have to others.
