She is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while building on their strengths, resilience, and personal goals. Natalie values authenticity and believes meaningful change happens through connection, collaboration, and meeting clients where they are at.
Natalie utilizes strengths-based, empowerment, client-centered, and evidence-based approaches to support clients in developing insight, coping skills, confidence, and emotional wellness. She values viewing each client holistically and recognizes the importance of understanding the impact of environment, relationships, trauma, and life experiences on mental health. Natalie strives to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward healing and growth.
Natalie earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Kansas and is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Missouri. She has experience working with adolescents and adults in outpatient mental health settings, including facilitating therapy groups, treatment planning, and supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and life stressors. Natalie is committed to providing compassionate, collaborative care and helping clients feel empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
