Taina understands that life can be a lot, and sometimes people’s brains have 37 tabs open and no one knows where the music is coming from. With over five years of clinical experience, Taina works with children, teens, homeschooled youth, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, relationships, and major life transitions.
Taina’s style is warm, laid-back, and judgment-free, while still offering the structure and support needed for real progress. She knows that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Taina works with her clients to determine the approach and techniques that fit their needs, personality, and goals. She provides culturally responsive care and understands how family, culture, and identity can shape mental health.
She believes clients deserve a space where they can feel understood, supported, and comfortable being themselves.
Taina received her master’s degree in social work from the University of West Florida.
